Your Experience at a Glance

Join Straatix Partners as a Client Talent Program Manager, a pivotal role where recruitment operations, analytics, and stakeholder management converge to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes for global technology clients. You'll be responsible for driving large-scale technical hiring programs, managing multiple recruitment partners, and ensuring structured, high-velocity execution across client engagements. This role is ideal for professionals who have previously scaled RPO or in-house talent programs within India GCCs of global, PE-backed companies, and thrive in environments that demand operational excellence, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

About Straatix

Straatix Partners is a new-age Talent and GCC Advisory firm that acts as a strategic partner for global companies setting up and scaling their India Centres of Excellence.

Combine deep expertise in Talent Intelligence, GCC Setup, Workspace Strategy, and Employer Branding to help global clients build high-performing, data-driven, and scalable teams in India. You'll work directly with Straatix's founding team — industry leaders who've built India centres for Fortune 100 and private equity–backed portfolio companies — in an environment that values ownership, transparency, and velocity.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary program interface between client leadership, Straatix recruiters, and external talent partners.
  • Manage communication and reporting cadence with CXO-level stakeholders across global and India teams.
  • Build trust-based relationships with client HR, Finance, and Business leadership for smooth delivery alignment.
  • Program & Process Management
  • Lead end-to-end hiring programs, ensuring structured governance and consistent alignment with client goals.
  • Drive high-volume technical hiring, with speed and quality across multiple functional tracks.
  • Coordinate and optimise a multi-partner recruitment ecosystem, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
  • Anticipate delivery challenges, manage escalations, and design corrective actions to maintain hiring velocity.
  • Data, Analytics & Insights
  • Build and maintain hiring dashboards tracking funnel health, partner efficiency, and conversion metrics.
  • Use data to forecast hiring throughput, capacity requirements, and team productivity.
  • Present insights to leadership with actionable recommendations for improving recruiter efficiency and process maturity.
  • Operational Excellence & RPO Management
  • Lead RPO-style delivery engagements, ensuring SLA adherence and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Implement consistent hiring frameworks, templates, and scorecards across client accounts.
  • Partner with recruitment leads to improve candidate experience, turnaround time, and offer quality.
  • Contribute to Straatix's internal playbooks for scaling talent operations across new GCC engagements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership, RPO Program Management, or Recruitment Operations, preferably within India GCCs of global companies.
  • Prior exposure to PE-backed organisations and understanding of their growth-focused, efficiency-driven operating style.
  • Proven success in large-scale technical hiring programs, including leadership, engineering, and niche tech roles.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment partners or vendors across concurrent hiring streams.
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset; proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a data-backed, consultative approach.
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, multi-client delivery setups.

Why Join Straatix

  • Join the founding layer of a fast-scaling GCC advisory and talent intelligence firm.
  • Work directly with global leadership teams of PE-backed companies setting up India operations.
  • Gain exposure to end-to-end GCC build models, large-scale hiring programs, and talent analytics systems.
