Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs.
- Lead strategic account management and build long-term relationships with key
clients and decision-makers.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to shape go-to-market
strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, manufacturing, finance) to
develop customer-specific proposals and quotations.
- Manage the end-to-end RFQ process, contract negotiations, and business case
development.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the
company.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at customer satisfaction, operational
excellence, and innovation.
