Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with
8–10 years of experience
in IT products and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong leader who can
drive business growth, manage key accounts, lead a sales team
, and build deep partnerships with OEMs and enterprise clients.
You will be responsible for
revenue ownership
,
market expansion
, and
team leadership
— driving end-to-end sales cycles and ensuring achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the
business development and inside sales team
to achieve revenue and profitability targets. - Develop and execute a
go-to-market strategy
for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. - Identify, pursue, and close
enterprise-level business opportunities
. - Build and nurture relationships with
CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leaders, and OEM Partners
(VMware, Microsoft, Adobe, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Netskope, Veritas, Veeam, etc.). - Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Drive pipeline growth through effective forecasting, planning, and performance management.
- Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience
in IT products & solutions sales, with at least
2–3 years in a team management role
. - Proven track record of
achieving revenue and gross margin targets
. - Strong understanding of
Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, and Storage
solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
