Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did) We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a
series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital

Growth Opportunity
We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 290cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing?
Ops Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Market Expansion team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution across new growth channels — with a strong focus on Facebook, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring consistent communication, fast execution, timely assistance, and a positive overall experience
- Follow established SOPs, policies, and best practices to execute tasks quickly and drive growth for each channel
- Track key performance metrics to evaluate progress and support the product–market fit journey and ex for every platform
Strategic Initiatives
- Analyse operational data, emerging trends, and creator feedback to spot improvement opportunities and fine-tune processes for rapid growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to proactively address creator needs and deliver seamless experiences.
- Oversee the use of support tools, technologies, and systems to ensure they are implemented effectively and leveraged to their full potential.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in marketing and social platform management to ensure support remains relevant, efficient, and impactful.
What are we looking for?

- Business-oriented problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a STEM field from a Tier 1/2/3 institute.
- 1-2 years of experience in scaling and managing support operations
- Proficient in support tools and technologies, with a deep understanding of industry best practices
