Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Expansion Strategist to spearhead our expansion efforts across key markets, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and site selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-year expansion roadmaps in alignment with the company's vision and financial objectives.
  • Oversee market research, competitive benchmarking, and rental trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and channel partners to secure prime properties and negotiate favorable terms.

Strategic Relationships:

  • Negotiate high-level agreements with property owners, investors, and external stakeholders to drive business growth and expand the company's footprint.
  • Represent the organization in complex negotiations, leveraging exceptional negotiation skills and deep market insight to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Deal Structuring & Execution:

  • Lead LOI negotiations, evaluating and structuring revenue-sharing or management contract arrangements where applicable.
  • Oversee due diligence, legal documentation, and compliance processes, ensuring seamless handover from acquisition to operations.
  • Track and maintain accurate property databases, including registration, deposits, and contract details.

Team Development & Handover:

  • Collaborate with design and project teams to finalize BOQs and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the expansion team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting cross-departmental collaboration.
