The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

· Channel - Fashion (they also have a separate entity in cosmetic line named - Lovechild )

· Designation- RSM North &East (Travel required )

· Office place- will be scheduling to work out of different stores in Delhi NCR .

· Reporting Manager- Retail Head (in HQ-Mumbai )

· CTC= 20 lpa(10% variable included)+ travel Allowances( there is no incentives as it's a corporate role)

· Hike % on new hires % (we can consider candidates who are currently at 16-17 lpa and below .)

· Year of Exp- min 8 years with 5 years in leadership role(multiple store handling )

· Number of days work- 5 days

· Team Handling role – Store Managers of all the outlets in Delhi NCr and one or 2 in East

· Target Industry - Luxury brand in Fashion (H&M,M&S, Zara ,Anita Dongre , Ritu Kumar etc)

Skill set:

· Exp in Operations sales ,Team Management, PNL ,Procurement & Supply chain, finance & accounts for multiple retail outlets in Luxury segments.(fashion,clothes)
