Demo Excellence is part of our global Solution Value Consulting (SVC) team that helps sales teams deliver compelling, value-driven stories to customer. In this role, you'll collaborate every day with talented colleagues from around the world—working together to design, build, and tailor demo environments that showcase Basware's solutions in the most compelling way.

Your work will directly shape how customers experience Basware, as you prepare reliable demo tenants, support live opportunities, and tailor environments to meet unique business needs.

As a Demo Engineer you keep our demo environments in top shape and support the team with day‑to‑day operations and hands‑on customizations for live opportunities - with AI as a natural force‑multiplier in your toolkit.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain demo tenants: Configure and manage SaaS demo environments so they're always reliable and customer ready.
• Customize for impact: Assist senior team members tailor demos and prepare realistic data for specific customer scenarios.
• Everyday coordination: Provide concise status updates on demo tenants' health; respond promptly to requests and escalate early when needed.
• Collaborate in a global, cross‑functional team: Effectively work and collaborate with colleagues across regions to plan and prepare demos.
• Apply AI smartly: Learn how Basware uses AI in our platform, and use tools like Copilot to boost data prep, configuration, and automation.
• Continuously improve: Suggest enhancements and automate routine tasks so we demo smarter, not harder.

What you'll bring:

• 1–4 years of experience in SaaS operations, solution consulting, technical support, or presales.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with solution configuration, data management (Excel/CSV), and basic scripting (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Capability to plan, organize, work independently, and show initiative.
• Willingness to use AI tools (such as Microsoft 365 Copilot) to increase productivity.
• Bonus: Experience working with Basware's customer base to implement/configure Basware's suite of software solutions.
• Bonus: Experience working with demo automation platforms like Consensus or Storylane.
