Role & Responsibilities

Vasani Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and performance-driven
Area Sales Manager
to lead our regional sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building materials industry and the ability to manage teams and deliver results in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve predefined sales targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and support the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, market share, and counter share.
  • Provide daily updates, sales data, and insights to Head Office; participate in periodic sales reviews.
  • Monitor sales performance to key dealers and project accounts.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics and strengthen dealer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and onboard new dealers.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for the assigned region.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving dealer issues and concerns.
  • Support the sales team in enhancing dealer satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
  • Assist in dealer expansion efforts by identifying and converting potential partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience (B2C) in the building materials industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across multiple territories as required.
