Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Indore. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role also involves providing customer support, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely product deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development and execution, territory management, and client relationship management
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee and guide the sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer support and query handling
  • Familiarity with the automotive, industrial, and commercial lubrication markets is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
