Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, and cold calling.

  • Explain product/service features and demonstrate solutions to clients.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily activities to the manager.

  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

  • Assist in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and good negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

  • Experience in field sales/business development is preferred.
