If you check these boxes - we want to talk to youRole OverviewWe're looking for a passionate and high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across large enterprises in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in SaaS/solution sales, navigating CXO-level conversations, and closing complex, high-value deals in the Indian market.Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle – from lead generation, consultative pitching, proposal development to negotiation and closure. Identify, qualify, and target large enterprise accounts across sectors (Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, etc.) Engage with CXOs, CFOs, Treasurers, and senior stakeholders to understand their pain points and deliver tailored product solutions. Collaborate closely with Pre-sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for seamless client onboarding and value realization. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets. Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast sales performance, and report key metrics to leadership.Requirements 6+ years of enterprise/B2B sales experience in SaaS, Fintech, or enterprise tech solutions. Proven success in selling to large Indian enterprises and managing multi-stakeholder deals. Strong understanding of consultative/solution sales processes and long sales cycles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in Fintech, working capital solutions, or payments space is a strong plus. Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
