Enterprise Sales Representative

About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Representative to own and drive revenue from strategic enterprise accounts. This role involves hunting new large customers, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term high-value relationships with CXO / senior business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target and acquire new enterprise customers through a strategic prospecting & outbound approach
- Own the complete sales cycle – discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, contracting and closing
- Build deep relationships with CXO / VP / Director level decision makers across assigned accounts
- Conduct detailed customer needs analysis and deliver consultative solution selling
- Create and manage robust sales pipeline via CRM and forecasting tools
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, product demos and business cases
- Work closely with Solutions / Pre-Sales, Implementation and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes
- Track competition, market moves, pricing models and industry trends
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years proven Enterprise B2B sales experience in technology / SaaS / complex solutions
- Strong track record of meeting revenue targets and managing large deal cycles
- Excellent negotiation, articulation and executive communication skills
- Ability to clearly translate business needs to product value and ROI
- Existing network in enterprise segment will be a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot / Zoho) and digital sales tools
