About the Role

You will be the linchpin in managing and nurturing client relationships. Through strategic use of CRM tools, data-driven insights, and thoughtful customer engagement, you'll help build loyalty and trust among our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain CRM workflows tailored to Jugteshwar's customer touchpoints.
  • Segment customers effectively and design engagement strategies (e.g., newsletters, offers, and surveys).
  • Analyze CRM data to track trends, response rates, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for customer-centric initiatives.
  • Respond proactively to customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide regular CRM performance reports and insights to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in travel, hospitality, or services.
  • Hands-on with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • (Optional but beneficial) CRM certification or SQL / basic data skills.
