Customer Relationship Management Specialist

About the Role
You will be the linchpin in managing and nurturing client relationships. Through strategic use of CRM tools, data-driven insights, and thoughtful customer engagement, you'll help build loyalty and trust among our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain CRM workflows tailored to Jugteshwar's customer touchpoints.
- Segment customers effectively and design engagement strategies (e.g., newsletters, offers, and surveys).
- Analyze CRM data to track trends, response rates, and satisfaction metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for customer-centric initiatives.
- Respond proactively to customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide regular CRM performance reports and insights to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in travel, hospitality, or services.
- Hands-on with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- (Optional but beneficial) CRM certification or SQL / basic data skills.
