Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain the benefits and usage of Ayurvedic medicines, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Handle inbound calls from interested customers, answer product-related questions, and provide detailed product information.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated customer database (CRM/Excel) with call details and customer information.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, complaints, and preferences.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12th pass is required
  • Strong persuasive communication skills to explain benefits and handle objections.
  • Patience, product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for data entry and management.
  • Ability to communicate in basic English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
