Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Purchase Executive located on-site in Pune. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders and requisitions, overseeing purchase management, and ensuring effective procurement. Daily tasks include handling communication related to purchasing, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management
  • Strong skills in Procurement processes and practices
  • Excellent Communication skills for vendor management and internal coordination
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in procurement or purchasing in the automotive or related industries is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
