Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for the position of Key Account - Marketing & Sales. Responsibilities include managing and developing relationships with key accounts, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role also includes creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights to enhance customer satisfaction and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales planning, account management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong marketing knowledge, including market analysis, branding, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the automotive or consumer appliances industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Indian and global market landscape is preferred.
