Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and scale our HR function in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. As the HR Head, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and take full ownership of all aspects of the HR function including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, compliance, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate is a people-centric leader with a strong strategic mindset and hands-on experience in building and nurturing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    Define and execute the HR strategy in line with the company's vision, culture, and growth goals. Work closely with the executive team to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
    Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. Build a compelling employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
    Design and implement programs to promote employee satisfaction, morale, and retention. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Performance Management:
    Drive the performance management process including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, performance reviews, and development planning to support career growth and accountability.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
    Ensure HR policies are up to date, legally compliant, and effectively communicated. Handle sensitive matters including grievances, terminations, and conflict resolution with discretion and integrity.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    Review and manage compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Design reward and recognition systems to motivate performance.
  • Learning & Development:
    Identify skill gaps and create learning programs to support the development of leadership and technical competencies across all levels.
  • HR Operations:
    Manage HR systems, data, and reporting. Optimize processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in scaling HR functions in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work cross-functionally across departments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Payroll software).
