Job Title: Visa Head / Visa Operations Head

Location: New Delhi / NCR, India

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Visa Head will lead and manage the visa department of RENS Tourism, overseeing all visa operations, client consultations, documentation, and coordination with embassies and consulates. This role requires in-depth knowledge of global visa requirements, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills to ensure efficient, compliant, and client-centric visa services.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and supervise the visa operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.


• Provide expert guidance to clients and staff on visa rules, documentation, and application processes for multiple countries.


• Stay updated with changing embassy and consulate regulations, policies, and requirements.


• Oversee documentation verification, application submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities.


• Coordinate with airlines, travel consultants, and clients to ensure timely visa processing.


• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for visa handling and client service.


• Maintain relationships with embassies, VFS centers, and other visa facilitation agencies.


• Ensure high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all visa operations.


• Train and mentor visa executives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.


• Prepare periodic reports on visa trends, approvals, and departmental performance.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in visa operations or travel documentation (preferably with a reputed travel company).


• Strong knowledge of visa processes for Schengen, UK, USA, UAE, and other major destinations.


• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.


• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office and online visa platforms.


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
