  • Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement programs.
  • Manage a team of fleet professionals, including drivers, mechanics, and dispatchers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor fleet performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Develop and manage the fleet budget.
  • Implement and maintain a driver safety program.
  • Manage fuel consumption and optimize fuel efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
