Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Head (Civil Faade) to lead and oversee end-to-end faade project operations. The candidate must have hands-on experience in faade projects, including project planning, execution, installation supervision, and quality management. This role demands a strong leader capable of managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage faade and civil project operations from planning to on-site execution.
  • Oversee site execution, fabrication, stores, and inventory management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality control (QC) and safety standards.
  • Conduct factory audits and ensure compliance with technical and material specifications.
  • Prepare and monitor project timelines using MS Project / Primavera.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients for timely project delivery.
  • Control and optimize project costs, resources, and schedules.
  • Guide and support installation, measurement, and quality teams with structured reporting.
  • Implement best practices in faade project management and operational excellence.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in civil operations with mandatory faade project experience.
  • Proven expertise in faade execution, site management, and factory coordination.
  • Strong understanding of faade materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale faade projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
