Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Sales Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing corporate clients, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients for business development.
  • Pitch company products/services to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing as per company norms.
  • Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and track daily/weekly performance.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B/corporate sales cycle.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and quick learner.

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1 year of experience in Corporate / B2B Sales (Preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
