Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position ideally suited for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging their skills to drive sales and facilitate client interactions, effectively contributing to our company's growth in the interior design market.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exemplary presentation skills (Mandatory skill) for delivering compelling and engaging proposals to potential clients.
  • Proficiency in measurement skills (Mandatory skill) to accurately capture dimensions and details for design planning.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate beneficial agreements with clients and close sales efficiently.
  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term customer partnerships and trust.
  • Self-motivation and results-oriented approach to achieving established sales targets and goals.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through field visits to promote and sell our interior design solutions.
  • Conduct presentations to effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of our design services.
  • Utilize measurement skills to accurately assess client spaces for design and planning purposes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless communication and execution of client projects.
  • Report and track sales activities and performance using Salesforce to meet company objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to strategically position our offerings.
