Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring efficient HR management. The role involves daily interaction with employees, addressing their concerns, maintaining an effective HR system, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
