Position: HR Executive
Qualifications Mandatory:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Yrs
Job Description:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings and screen resumes.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, and orientation of new employees.
Employee Records & Database
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal data, etc.).
- Ensure all HR data is accurate and confidential.
Payroll & Attendance Management
- Process monthly salary inputs (attendance, leave, deductions).
- Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain workplace harmony.
- Assist in conducting employee engagement activities and events.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Support implementation of company policies and HR procedures.
Performance & Training Support
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Exit Formalities
- Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 Months –2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles (freshers with good communication skills can also apply, if applicable).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, good team player, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Should be energetic, approachable, and have a problem-solving mindset.
