Job Description:

BSH Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong focus on IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent. If you're passionate about connecting the right people to the right roles and have a keen understanding of the IT industry, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.

Screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Manage offer letters, negotiation, and onboarding processes.

Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria:

2–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).

Strong understanding of various IT job roles, technologies, and skill sets.

Experience in sourcing and hiring SAP candidates or knowledge of SAP recruitment processes (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

MBA degree or equivalent qualification.
