Currently, 2050 Healthcare operates four rehab
centres
and offers home care services in 20 cities across India, with over 1000 caregivers. With a detailed growth strategy, the company plans to expand its rehabilitation centres, home care facilities, and enhance its digicare platform to be a leader in industry .

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Daily tasks will involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting employee development, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resources management. The HR Manager will also handle investigation and resolution of employee issues and advise management on HR-related matters.

  • Knowledge of HR laws and compliance
  • Expertise in performance management and employee development
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
