Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of
    Recruiters & Interns

.
- Allocate
daily/weekly targets

for CV sourcing and interview coordination.
- Track and evaluate the
progress & performance

of team members.
- Conduct
first-level candidate screening

when required.
- Prepare and share
daily team summary reports

with the HR Manager.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities and timely closure of positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience

in recruitment, with at least
3-5 years

in a team lead/mentoring role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, screening methods, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Ability to
set goals, monitor performance, and motivate team members

.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
