Role & responsibilities
Responsibility:
To meet revenue targets on a quarterly basis ensuring smooth execution of all orders between different functions Planning, OEG, Commercial, Materials, Manufacturing, and stores logistics. Ensure performance is greater than 90%.
1) Planning Function:
a) Monitor and review planning process to meet the OTP target.
b) To improve the effectiveness of planning systems
c) Support to sales team for shorter delivery orders like Delivery matrix orders.
2) Commercial Function
a) Ensure release of monthly plan to regions, weekly review with regions for getting dispatch plan for the month & quarter.
b) Ensure timely escalation of defaults in the monthly plan and take necessary actions.
c) Review of customer complaints and plan actions for timely resolution of complaint
d) Ensure positive cash flow every month.
e) Responsible for delivery on time to customers
f) Account Receivables & Account Payables
g) Region Management & Customer front ending.

- Experience in key industries, knowledge of Planning, purchase, commercial.
- Excellent in customer handling Relationship management Support to customer.
- Effective communication skills.
