About the Role

AImploy is hiring for a leading
Insurtech platform

We are looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented Operations Supervisor
to manage our call centre operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth lead generation, client communication, and support the sales team in achieving targets, while maintaining operational efficiency across India–UAE operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads for insurance products via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Contact potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and interactions using CRM tools.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance lead flow.
  • Supervise call centre agents, monitor performance, and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or related field
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in telesales, call centre operations, or lead generation (insurance experience preferred).
  • Strong
    communication, persuasion, and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Basic understanding of
    insurance or financial services
    is an advantage.
