Job Summary:

As an Agent Representative at , you will support and expand our agent network by managing relationships, driving student recruitment, and ensuring smooth coordination between agents and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with agents via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Present and promote student recruitment packages.
  • Manage agent contracts and documentation.
  • Assist with marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and agent training sessions.
  • Maintain performance reports and agent records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and email communication.
  • Prior experience in sales, education consultancy, or client handling preferred.
  • Willingness to work rotational night shifts.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: Rotational night shifts
