Job Description
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve business growth goals
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify target audiences and develop campaigns
• Utilise online research, social media, email campaigns, and other channels to generate high-quality
leads
• Develop and manage a team of lead generation specialists to achieve weekly and monthly targets
• Analyse lead generation data to identify areas for improvement and optimise lead activities
• Monitor industry trends and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted into sales
• Manage and maintain a prospect database
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of the sales process and sales techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving lead generation targets
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience with online research and social media marketing
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
