Job Title Demand Generation Lead Location Bangalore On-site full-time About At Locus we are redefining logistics decision-making with deep-tech solutions that drive efficiency consistency and transparency across industries like retail and FMCG CPG Founded in 2015 by Nishith Rastogi and Geet Garg Locus has evolved from a women s safety geo-tracking app into a globally recognized logistics optimization platform Our technology has empowered enterprises such as Unilever and Nestle to execute over a billion deliveries across 30 countries Guided by our commitment to innovation and sustainable growth we transform complex supply chains into strategic growth enablers Join us at Locus and be part of a team shaping the future of global logistics Job Overview Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Lead to spearhead our enterprise pipeline acceleration strategy This role will be responsible for building and executing data-driven demand generation programs that target Fortune 500 retailers CPG brands and logistics companies across North America Europe Middle East South East Asia and emerging markets You ll work closely with sales marketing and customer success teams to drive qualified pipeline growth Key Responsibilities Enterprise Pipeline Development Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategy targeting our ideal customer profile Enterprise retailers CPG FMCG brands and 3PL companies Build and maintain a Target Account List of high-value prospects across key verticals Create account-based marketing ABM campaigns for enterprise prospects Establish predictable pipeline generation to support the revenue targets Campaign Management Execution Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including LinkedIn and industry-specific digital advertising Content syndication and thought leadership programs Webinar and virtual event strategies Email nurture sequences and marketing automation Develop region-specific campaigns for NA EU India MEA and SEA markets Create compelling value propositions for different buyer personas Performance Analytics Optimisation Establish and track key metrics including Pipeline velocity and conversion rates Cost per qualified lead and customer acquisition cost Campaign ROI and attribution modelling Account engagement scores and buying signals Implement advanced lead scoring and qualification frameworks Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and optimization Required Qualifications Experience Background 8 years of B2B demand generation experience preferably in SaaS logistics or enterprise software technology Proven track record of generating 25M pipeline annually Experience with enterprise sales cycles 6-18 months and complex buying committees Background in supply chain logistics or transportation technology preferred Technical Skills Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms Experience in using disruptive AI solutions for demand generation Experience with ABM platforms Knowledge of social selling techniques Core Competencies Strategic thinking with ability to execute tactical campaigns Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with the above listed geographies Ability to work in fast-paced high-growth startup environment Growth Opportunities Lead a growing demand generation team as company scales Opportunity to shape marketing strategy for global expansion Career progression to senior leadership position in the Sales Marketing organisation Work with cutting-edge AI and logistics technology About Our Ideal Candidate We re looking for a strategic marketer who can think big picture while executing flawlessly on tactical campaigns You should be comfortable working with complex enterprise buying understand the nuances of supply chain technology decisions and have a proven track record of driving predictable pipeline growth This role requires someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively across sales marketing and customer success teams in a global fast-paced environment Why Join Locus Locus is building smart scalable technology that powers logistics for global enterprises driven by AI Data Science and deep domain expertise As Demand Gen Lead you ll drive pipeline growth by leading data-driven marketing campaigns aligning closely with sales teams and optimizing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads
