About ANSR Global Corporation ANSR is a market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs We provide full life-cycle services including GCC design set up and enabling operations For over 18 years companies cutting across size industry and markets have relied on ANSR s expertise to successfully build global business and technology teams Since its inception ANSR has established over 90 GCCs Our experience spans across industries including retail CPG banking insurance travel transportation and healthcare We operate in supply-rich locations like India Central and Eastern Europe South America Canada and Southeast Asia Demand Generation Specialist - US Market Do you thrive on building creative campaigns that drive qualified leads Are you an email marketing whiz with a knack for converting connect to conversations If so we want to hear from you We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist with 4 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team In this role you will be key in developing and executing strategic initiatives that generate leads nurture prospects and ultimately drive sales growth Responsibilities Partner with the marketing team to execute the planned demand generation strategy Hands-on experience to use new age tools to identify target audiences understand their needs and develop reach out plan accordingly Craft compelling email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions Manage the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns across various platforms e g email social media paid advertising Manage website chats especially during the US time zone Use and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff Follow up on calls with prospects to convert them into a lead Qualifications 4 years of experience in demand generation lead generation or a related field Proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms e g HubSpot Marketo Pardot Outplay etc Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset Experience with market research methodologies
