  • Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and maintain the sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Support proposal creation, quotations, and documentation for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business segments.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields (freshers can also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
