BDE (Business Development Executive)

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and present suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and maintain the sales pipeline in CRM.
- Support proposal creation, quotations, and documentation for potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business segments.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields (freshers can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
