We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist with a background in healthcare to help expand our client base. This role focuses on building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to drive growth.

*Responsibilities:*
- *Lead Generation:* Identify and engage potential healthcare clients, including hospitals and specialized facilities.
- Should achieve Sales Target per month by adding new clients month on month⁠
- Market Research: Stay updated on healthcare trends and regulatory changes.
- Relationship Management: Build strong connections with healthcare professionals and administrators.
- Proposal Development: Craft tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work with internal teams to align services with healthcare requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to healthcare industry standards.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare business development.
- Strong understanding of healthcare challenges and compliance.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

shift Timings: Evening 4pm to Night 1pm with one hour break

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- UK shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
