Position: Field Sales Executive B2B

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Additional Benefits:

  • Travel Allowance
  • Incentives: Up to 30,000 – 40,000 per month (performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert prospective leads into paying customers through a consultative sales approach.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals using a solution-selling strategy to address client pain points.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales funnel and daily activity logs using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and provide market feedback.
  • Represent the company at local market events, partnership activations, and customer engagements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; field sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B or SMB SaaS sales is a strong advantage.
  • Must own a personal laptop and a two-wheeler for local travel.
  • Comfortable with extensive on-field sales and frequent travel within city limits.Role & responsibilities
