Business Development Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Participate in strategy planning to improve sales processes and business growth.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, contract renewals, and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
