Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering key performance indicators (KPIs) across all platform functions (onboarding, transactions, user activity, engagement, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze user behavior, platform flows, conversion metrics, retention, and churn trends.
  • Identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, or anomalies, and suggest improvements or experiments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data requirements for campaigns, product updates, and operational initiatives.
  • Create custom reports and visualize insights using tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working closely with the tech and product teams on backend integrations and data models.
  • Present insights in a clear, concise format to leadership and stakeholders to inform strategy and priorities.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives, cohort analysis, and predictive models for business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau)
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and business reporting
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, consistency, and time management in reporting cycles
  • Preferred experience: agri-tech, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms is a plus, Data Warehous
