Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, business-savvy, and execution-oriented Business associate to lead and scale our operations at Osé. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing eCommerce businesses (D2C & Marketplaces) in the fashion/D2C category, with a deep understanding of the Indian consumer, digital ecosystem, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Ownership:

  2. Monitor and analyze 
    business performance
    , providing strategic insights to maximize profitability and growth – revenue, margins, growth targets

  3. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy

  4. eCommerce & Marketplace Management:

  5. Manage and grow D2C (Shopify/Brand Website) & online marketplaces

  6. Ensure seamless cataloging, pricing, listing optimization, and SEO performance

  7. Marketing & Growth:

  8. Partner with performance marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns on Meta, Google, Instagram, etc.

  9. Drive influencer and affiliate collaborations
  10. Leverage CRM and retargeting to improve repeat purchases

  11. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  12. Work with Product, Operations, Design, and Customer Service teams to localize offerings and experience

  13. Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth domestic and international fulfillment

  14. Consumer Insights & Trends:

  15. Monitor competitive landscape, consumer preferences, and category trends

  16. Use data and insights to improve product-market fit and campaign effectiveness

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a growth mindset
  • Proficiency in eCommerce tools (Shopify, Manychat, etc.)
  • Understanding of logistics, customs, and local fulfillment models
  • Ability to think both strategically and execute hands-on

Nice-to-Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in managing D2C businesses
  • Exposure to brand collaborations or partnerships
