Education: MBA in human resources or a related field.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in HR

Skills:

  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  4. Experience with HRIS platforms and data management.(GreytHR, Darwinbox)

  5. Proven analytical skills and expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data interpretation, and trend analysis. (PowerBi knowledge is an added advantage).

  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

  7. Good presentation Skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

Background Verification (BGV) Management & Compliance

Process Ownership: Independently manage the end-to-end BGV process for all new hires and, where applicable, existing employees.

Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with external BGV vendors, ensuring timely initiation, progress tracking, and accurate reporting of checks.

Adjudication & Risk Management: Review BGV reports, flag discrepancies, and manage the adjudication process in consultation with the functional head, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of BGV outcomes, clearance statuses, and vendor invoices for auditing purposes.

Onboarding Program Management: Oversee the complete operational onboarding journey, ensuring all pre-joining, joining-day, and post-joining formalities are executed accurately and on schedule.

Ensure all new hire documentation is collected, validated, and accurately entered into the HR Information System (HRIS).

Administrative Activities: Manage and facilitate general HR administrative tasks related to employee documentation, e-file management, and coordination with IT/Facilities for new-hire setup.

Data, Analytics, and Audits Reporting & Analytics: Generate, analyze, and review HR reports focusing on BGV status and onboarding.

Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits and reviews of employee data in the HRIS and physical files to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
