We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter who can also take on HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities for our Bangalore office. This is a dual-role position that combines end-to-end recruitment with strategic HR partnership, ensuring the talent needs and people goals of the organization are aligned and effectively met.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple business units from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels including job portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and design efficient recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.) to optimize processes.

HR Business Partner (HRBP):

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters such as performance management, engagement, and employee relations.
  • Partner with leadership to identify workforce trends and proactively address people challenges.
  • Support new hire onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and grievance handling.
  • Drive HR initiatives and engagement activities to strengthen company culture and retention.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on policies, compliance, and people programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years handling HRBP/generalist responsibilities.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies & HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
