Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid (Full -Time)

Experience: 2 to 4 years (Preferably in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency)

About the Role

We�re looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Generalist to join our growing team In this role, you�ll manage the core HR functions that keep Clevertize running smoothly � from employee engagement and performance management to HR operations and culture building.

You�ll be the go-to person for all things �people� ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and aligned with our creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate probation confirmations, appraisals, and transfers.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs.

3. Performance Management

  • Support the design and execution of the performance review cycle.
  • Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating team performance.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, and team events.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and pulse checks to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive work environment that reflects Clevertize�s culture.

5. Recruitment Support

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team for hiring coordination and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain hiring trackers and assist in candidate documentation.

6. Learning & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Track learning outcomes and support continuous growth initiatives.
What You�ll Bring to the Table
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a digital, creative, or advertising setup.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
