Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Legal Executive in Real Estate for our headquarters in Bangalore Urban. This full-time role requires 7 to 10 years of work experience in the real estate legal domain. The position demands a high level of expertise and familiarity with both local and broader property law practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Real estate legal executive (Mandatory skill) with significant experience in managing legal activities related to real estate transactions.
  • Proficient as a legal executive with strong analytical skills in addressing complex legal issues and scenarios.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Kannada, essential for liaising with regional legal entities and stakeholders.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in property conveyancing, ensuring all property deeds and documents are appropriately executed.
  • Proficiency in transaction management to oversee real estate deals from inception through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience with drafting, negotiating, and managing easement agreements as part of broader property management.
  • Familiarity with real estate financing options and structures to facilitate cost-effective property transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on real estate matters to facilitate successful transactions and mitigate risk.
  • Guide and manage real estate deals, from preliminary discussions to final execution, ensuring all legal procedures are compliant.
  • Draft and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and documents related to property transactions, ensuring comprehensive risk management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national property laws to provide accurate legal guidance and prevent legal disputes.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of all legal documentation related to easements, leases, and property conveyancing.
  • Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and execution of real estate strategies.
  • Act as the primary legal liaison between the company and external legal advisors, ensuring transparent and precise communication.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare detailed reports on all real estate activities to inform strategic decision-making.
