Role Summary: Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will support a broad range of legal, contractual, compliance, and intellectual property matters, with additional involvement in transactions and investment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, including time spent in a law firm. Experience or exposure to patent-related work will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and other legal agreements.
• Provide legal support across business units, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in the management of intellectual property matters, particularly patent filings, renewals, and portfolio tracking, in coordination with external IP counsel.
• Draft and review transaction documents including Shareholders' Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Investment Agreements, and related documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on commercial, regulatory, and IP-related issues.
• Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
• Support in dispute resolution, litigation management, and regulatory filings, in coordination with Legal Executive.
• Contribute to internal policy development, compliance training, and risk management initiatives. Advise management on corporate governance best practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year in a reputable law firm.
• Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and compliance laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professional ethics, integrity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:
• Master's degree (LL.M.)
• Prior in-house legal experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or agri-input sector.
• Exposure to cross-border transactions, patent related work, technology licensing, or regulatory matters. What We Offer:
