Job Title: Technical Support Chat Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Technical Support Chat Executive to provide timely and effective technical assistance to our clients via chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good problem-solving ability, and the patience to handle diverse technical queries promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer technical queries via live chat efficiently and professionally

Troubleshoot software, hardware, and application issues by guiding users step-by-step

Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

Document support interactions and update case status accurately in systems

Provide clear and friendly instructions and solutions to customers

Work collaboratively with technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth issue resolution

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and common issues

Assist with backend support tasks such as tracking orders or managing customer records as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further IT certifications are a plus

Prior experience in technical support or customer service preferred

Excellent written communication skills and typing speed

Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude

Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously

Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude

Comfortable working in shifts, including nights and weekends if required

Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking concepts
