Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated candidate with a technical background (BCA/B.Tech) to join our team. The role involves:

  • Client Interaction: Requirement discussion, coordination, maintaining client relations, and timely response to queries.
  • Documentation: Report generation, verification, and error reporting on devices/applications.
  • Coordination: Liaising with other departmental stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Daily monitoring of devices and applications, initial debugging/troubleshooting.
  • Project Understanding: Gain full understanding of projects and provide insights.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest automation opportunities for efficiency.
  • Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong command of Excel
  • Deep understanding of devices and applications
  • High emotional intelligence

Job Type: Regular / Permanent, Full-Time
