Business Development Executive

1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify potential schools, colleges, training centres, coaching institutes, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Client Outreach & Relationship Building
- Contact prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with decision makers (Principals, Directors, HODs, Administrators).
- Develop long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
3. Product Demonstration
- Conduct engaging product demos for school management, teachers, and stakeholders.
- Explain the benefits, features, and ROI of the ed-tech product (software, app, LMS, learning content).
4. Sales Conversion & Negotiation
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and finalize deals.
- Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
