Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.

  • Explain product features and provide accurate information to customers.

  • Respond to inbound customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

  • Generate sales leads and ensure follow-ups for conversions.

  • Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet targets.

  • Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations accordingly

-Send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations via email

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to persuasively present products and handle objections.

  • Basic computer proficiency for CRM and data entry.

  • Adaptability to scripts and customer needs with patience and positivity.
