Sr. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and potential clients to promote Natural Elements' products.
- Generate new business leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flooring, cladding ,decking etc
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product samples to clients.
- Coordinate with the showroom and back-office team for order processing, quotations, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of daily sales activities.
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales / outbound sales in the home decor, building materials or interior products industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and close sales effectively.
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and lead generation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
