As a market leader, the company is expanding to make its legendary brews available in bottles while enhancing the dining and entertainment experience at its pub locations.

Role Description

The Marketing Director will lead strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive business growth. Responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging. The role also involves analyzing market trends, exploring new opportunities, and fostering partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune, requiring hands-on involvement with the local team and operations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising
  • Proficiency in market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis
  • Proven leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous
